The broker has been increasingly working with housing associations due to the Building Safety and Procurement Acts.
This warranty has been written for Stonewater which is creating the new build scheme which consists of 50 units.
These comprise two semi-detached houses, four terraced houses and 44 apartments. Additionally, an existing manor house is being converted on the site.
In this case, London Belgravia principal consultant Matt Percival (pictured above), received the warranty requirement through GP Thomas, the principal contractor on the project.

The A-rated, 12-year social housing LDI policy with insolvency cover, supplied by ICW and underwritten by Accelerant, is approved by members of UK Finance and suitable for mortgage lending purposes.
